This Privacy Policy explains how Rose and Stone Apps handles information through our website and LowKey - Imposter Game, an iOS social party game.

LowKey - Imposter Game does not require an account. We do not ask you to create a profile, log in, or provide your name to play.

The app is designed for in-person play. We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, player names, or gameplay responses on a server operated by Rose and Stone Apps.

If you contact us for support, we collect the information you choose to send, such as your email address, the app you are asking about, and the content of your message.

Our website and app infrastructure can receive basic technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as browser type, device type, operating system version, app version, and diagnostic information.

We do not currently use third-party advertising SDKs or separate analytics or crash reporting tools in LowKey - Imposter Game.

LowKey - Imposter Game may offer Apple-managed in-app purchases, including a one-time purchase or Party Pass unlock. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Rose and Stone Apps does not receive your full payment card details.

We may receive limited purchase status information from Apple that is needed to unlock purchased content, respond to support requests, or confirm entitlement status in the app.

We use service providers only as needed to run the app and website. These include Apple for App Store distribution and in-app purchases, and website hosting or infrastructure providers for operating this website.

These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not add provider names here unless they are actually used by the app or website.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to operate the app or website, process App Store purchases, respond to support requests, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets.

LowKey - Imposter Game and this website are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We keep support messages and related contact information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, and handle legal, security, or operational needs. Purchase records are handled by Apple under its App Store policies.

Rose and Stone Apps is based in Canada. Service providers that help operate the app, App Store purchases, or website may process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries where they operate.

You can choose not to contact us for support or make in-app purchases. You can also contact us to ask questions about your information or request that we review, update, or delete information associated with your support messages, subject to legal and operational limits.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and update the last updated date.
